At Glamourgate Printing & Web Design, every order is custom-made based on the customer’s selected product, size, material, quantity, artwork, and approval.
Because our products are personalized and produced specifically for each order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and approved.
Order Confirmation
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including:
- Product type
- Size and material
- Quantity
- Artwork, spelling, colours, and layout
- Any special instructions
Once the order is confirmed, it will move into production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.
Custom Printed Products
Printed products such as business cards, flyers, postcards, signs, banners, stickers, labels, vinyl, and other custom items are made specifically for each customer. For this reason, they cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or approved artwork errors.
When We Will Fix a Problem
If an error was caused by Glamourgate, such as a production mistake, wrong product, wrong size, or printing issue that does not match the approved order, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
This may include a reprint, correction, or replacement depending on the situation.
Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported to us as soon as possible after receiving the order. Please include your order details and clear photos of the problem so we can review it properly.
Colour Disclaimer
Colours may appear slightly different between screens and printed products due to monitor settings, file setup, paper/material type, and printing process. Slight colour variation is not considered a printing error.
Final Approval
By confirming an order, approving a proof, submitting print-ready artwork, or allowing us to proceed with production, the customer agrees that the order details are correct and accepts this Refund & Returns Policy.
